How much does counseling cost?

The cost of counseling is dependent on the type of counseling services (individual, marriage, family counseling, etc.). Rates range from $105-$150 per session, some counselors accept insurance and are open to a sliding scale fees dependent on your income and/or circumstances. Do you offer virtual counseling?

Yes, our counselors are able to see you remotely via secure video or telephone.

Do you offer virtual counseling out of state?

We do not offer psychotherapy for out-of-state-clients due to current regulations, but we can offer relational or personal sessions. These sessions are different from counseling in that the focus is to facilitate personal and relational development and emotional health, not to treat psychopathology. These one-on-one sessions are designed to uncover current problem spots and help you thrive in your personal and relational life. If at any time a counselor determines that these one-on-one sessions are not the right fit (e.g. there is evidence of psychopathology and the need for therapeutic support), they will help connect you to a licensed therapist within your state to offer the services you need, either in place of our work or in addition to our work. These one-on-one sessions are not intended to diagnose or treat mental illness or replace professional counseling services by a licensed individual within your state.

Do you have evening hours?

Yes, several of our counselors are available during the evening.

How long is a counseling session?

Sessions are typically 45-50 minutes.
