John Knispel

Hello, I am John Knispel. I hold a Master of Arts in Pastoral Counseling from Liberty University and am an ordained Christian Minister. My approach to counseling parallels how I approach life, through the lens of the Bible. Together we will find biblical solutions to real world problems. We all have areas of weakness, carry excess baggage, or have difficulties coping. It is in these areas that I come along with you and through the guidance of the Holy Spirit help you identify the issues, develop a new strategy, and move forward so you can get to where you want to be. God is ever present and so close, even in the midst of life’s trials. I love helping people realize that God is working in them in every circumstance.

People coming to counseling come for wide variety of reasons. Areas of focus for me are:

• Premarital counseling

• Marriages that are struggling

• Individual spiritual guidance

• Individuals coping with fear, grief, anxiety, forgiveness, shame, pornography, etc.

God has given me a great responsibility to each person he sends to me for counseling. I believe all things are possible through Christ who gives us strength. The one area of focus that is near and dear to me is premarital counseling. Premarital counseling helps a couple prepare for marriage by building their foundation and strength in God and each other. Premarital counseling provides insight so you can make God honoring decisions about your relationship moving forward.
